732 Re-Audit: Surgical Handover Documentation

Abstract Aim Surgical handover aims to convey accurate, appropriate & concise clinical information that is correct and up date. It essential in providing continuity of care, ensuring patient safety, avoiding errors. This process should be led by the Consultant on call. In this audit we aimed compare our documentation practice against guidelines formulated RCS England. Method Handover sheets from September 2020 March 2021 were used for data collection. A total 66 41 new patients included initial re respectively. Essential desirable criteria England documentation. 100% as per guidelines.
